Frequently Asked Questions.

What is the fee for bringing a dog to the conference?

There is no fee for your dog at the conference but if you stay at the Conference Host Hotel you may be charged a $50 non-refundable pet fee by the hotel.

 

Do I need to make a reservation for my dog?

Yes, when you know for sure that you will bring a dog and are staying at the Conference Host Hotel.

 

How many days is the conference?

The conference begins at 1.00 PM on Thursday, September 12th and ends at about 5:30 PM Saturday, September 14th. Registration will be in the morning of the 12th.  Saturday evening is our awards banquet.  Sunday, September 15th , from 9:30 AM to 11 AM is our Annual General Meeting.

 

What are the hours of registration?

Registration begins Wednesday, September 11th, from 6 PM to 8 PM and again on Thursday, September 12th from 8 AM to 1.30PM.
No on-site registrations. You MUST register & pay in full by September 5th

 

What are the meals included with the conference fees?

Coffee and a light breakfast will be served in the morning. Water and sodas are available through the day. Lunch is included for each day of a three-day ticket. Lunch is also included in a one-day ticket. There will be evening presentations followed by a dinner event at the Academy. Saturday evening banquet dinner is also included and will be served at Triple Crown Academy - a Western Evening. Friday night, you are on your own for dinner.

 

Is there a shuttle from the airport?

No hotel shuttle available.

 

Is there a parking fee at the hotel?

There is a daily parking

 

Is there a fee for Internet service in the hotel rooms?

To be determined


What's new at the conference?

Our 13th Anniversary is to be a very practical workshop type event. So when you can bring your best friends - your dog/s and lets make it a real dog professionals event.
