International School for Dog Trainers (FLORIDA)
The International School for Dog Trainers specializes in Mentoring and Shadowing courses in Basic Dog Training. The School in addition provides e-collar training short courses (E-Touch) for dog trainers, both at their center in Florida and other locations as requested. Canine Trade Group offers a Professional Dog Trainer’s Course in Dover, Delaware. The curriculum combines classroom and hands-on training taught over a 4-week period in Dover, Delaware, following an approximately 4-week book intensive correspondence period. Class sizes are 6 students or less and the course is offered once per quarter.
This course is geared towards entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are interested in owning their own successful canine behavior training practice. With this in mind, in addition to teaching dog behavior and training, emphasis is also placed on starting and operating a successful business.
